Yes. The same infrastructure package can be delivered as a focused subcontract to a main contractor, developer or parking technology vendor, or as a coordinated specialist package.

A service arrangement, not a call-out rate

Response times, inspection intervals and spares holdings are set against how critical each part of the site is.

Planned inspection: Agreed intervals for electrical, network, ELV and physical checks, with a written report identifying what is degrading rather than only what has failed.
Fault attendance: Diagnosis on site, repair where the fault is within the infrastructure scope, and coordination with the equipment vendor where it is not.
Emergency callout: Priority attendance when a lane, kiosk or communications path is down, aimed at restoring normal operation rather than leaving a manual workaround.
Change and expansion: Retrofit works, additional lanes, replacement equipment and upgrades carried out against the documentation produced at handover.
