Car parks · developments · facilities
Coordinated civil, electrical and network works prepare every parking lane and equipment point for installation and operation. TMC treats the entry island, the exit barrier, the kiosk base and the control-room rack as one system — not four separate packages.
01
Entry and exit lanes only work when the civil geometry, foundations and protection are correct before equipment arrives. Islands, kerbs, bases and bollards are set out against the vendor’s mounting requirements, not guessed on the day of install.
02
Ticketing, ANPR, loops, lane controllers and payment equipment each need a prepared point: power, data, mounting, isolation and access. TMC coordinates those points so vendors are not completing civil and electrical unfinished work.
03
Structured cabling, fiber, DBs, UPS and earthing are installed, tested and labelled so the car park can move from construction into operations with a documented backbone.
04Off-street parking
A lane is a small, dense piece of infrastructure. Civil, power, detection and network work all land within a few metres of each other, and they have to be built in the right order. Select a point to see what is prepared there.

Base cast to the manufacturer's bolt pattern, with conduit entry positioned before the pedestal is set.
